2 To receive any declarations of interest, and to receive any requests for dispensations

3 To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 4 December 2017

4 To consider Planning and Tree Matters
(a) Decisions and correspondence on previous consultations
(b) Consultations (i) WD/D/17/002640ó6A Cowleaze Road: erection of a rear first floor extension.
(c) Any planning matters received after the publication of the agenda

5 Public participation session Opportunity for members of the public to raise issues.

6 Oral Reports from County and District Councillors; the Playing Fields Association; the Village Hall; DAPTC Central Area Committee; Rural Transport Officer; & other representatives and organisations.

7 Financial Matters
(a) To receive the January financial statement and approve accounts for payment.
(b) To note confirmation of tax base for 2018/19 (Appendix 1).

8 Proposed amendment to the Complaints Procedure to cover vexatious or abusive behaviour To further consider amendment of Broadmayne Parish Councilís Complaints Procedure (this has been circulated by e-mail by Cllr Eaglestone).

9 Parish Plan (road safety aspects) To receive any updates.

10 Emergency Plan To receive any updates.

11 Withdrawal of No. 5 bus service To receive any updates.

12 Website To receive any updates, and approve payment of fee to Eyelid Productions for website re-development and annual fee (total £615).

13 Correspondence
Letter from the Rotary Club of Dorchester about the Dorchester Marathon 2018 and its small grants award scheme (Appendix 2).

14 Matters of Report
(a) Clerk (i) Consultation on pre-submission draft minerals sites plan and pre-submission draft waste plan.
