eMail Subscription Policy – how we protect your data
If you would like receive our newsletter by eMail you can subscribe at the foot of each page.
Broadmayne Parish Council is the Data Controller under data protection law and will use the information you provide on the subscription form in order to communicate with you via our newsletters.
The only personal data we hold in relation to the community website broadmayne.org are the eMail addresses provided to us by subscribers. These are held on a password protected networked server and are only accessible to the Parish Council’s appointed Webmaster and the server manager. Your information will not be shared further or used for any purpose other than communicating information relating to Broadmayne.
The legal basis for processing this data is your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us or by unsubscribing. Please use the Contact page for any queries.
We will keep your data until you notify us or unsubscribe.
