This news from the Dorchester Echo.
The Weymouth Relief Road will have its speed limit reduced to 30mph for two days.
The change on the main route between Weymouth and Dorchester will come into effect on Monday, April 7, and Tuesday, April 8, between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
This is to allow Dorset Council carry out litter picking safely along the road which normally has a 60mph speed limit.
The 30mph speed limit will be imposed between the Jurassic roundabout at Littlemoor, and the ridgeway in both directions.
Speed limits will be indicated by traffic signs along the Ridgeway.
