The passing of June Salt

Many of you will remember June Salt and her major contributions to Broadmayne life. She was a strong Chairman and leader of the Parish Council for many many years and contributed to the life of the village in numerous other ways.

Sadly, June passed away peacefully, at home with her family, on the 8th October at the age of 95.

We have received the following message from her daughter Amanda

This is to let you know that a service of thanksgiving will be held for June Salt on Tuesday 11th November 11.30am at St Martin’s Church, Broadmayne,  DT2 8EF. It will be followed by refreshments in the church hall.
Please feel free to pass this on to others who may be interested as we do not have contact details for all of mum’s friends. All are welcome.
To give us an idea of numbers, it would be helpful if you could reply to Amanda (samanda.hk@outlook.com
