You will probably already be aware that three-way traffic lights are operating on the Main Street/Knighton Lane junction. Below is the latest schedule from JDT who are undertaking the gas main replacement work in Broadmayne.
They have works outstanding in the following roads:
- Chalky Road phase 2 (Cowleaze Road – Rectory Road) road closure from approx 02/01 (with Main Street junction closed and 3-way lights on Main Street and Knighton Lane)
- Main Street + Knighton Lane 3-way lights from approx 02/01 for 2 weeks
- Rectory Road phase 1 (Main Street – Broadmead) road closure 22/01
- Rectory Road phase 2 (Broadmead – Conway Drive) road closure will be in line with phase 1 completion
- Woodlands (whole road) no traffic management from approx early Feb
- Conway Drive (Rectory Road – Bramble Drove) no traffic management from approx mid Feb
- Bramble Drove (Conway Drive – South Drove) no traffic management form approx early March
Project completion is expected by late March/early April.
