On behalf of the developers, Abri Homes, their architects, Boon Brown, have responded to various issues raised following their previous reserved matters application by making detailed adjustments to those plans.
These have been submitted to Dorset Council’s planners as a reserved matters application P/RES/2025/02270. They are available as many many revised plans on Dorset Council’s planning website and are listed under the above application number. To find them you need to scroll down to start at documents added from 29/7/2025. The first document is a very useful email containing a summary of the changes which are then detailed in the following amended plans. That summary has also been added to this website and can be found by clicking this link.
The application is open for public comment until 22/8/2025
